安装
安装net-tools就好了。
pacman -S net-tools

查询包名方法
以后遇到找不到包名时可以使用pkgfile查询包名： 安装pkgfile 更新pkgfile本地文件列表 查询netstat包名
pacman -S pkgfile
pkgfile -u
pkgfile -s netstat

查询到结果为：
core/net-tools
community/munin-node

那么安装net-tools就好了
pacman -S net-tools
