修改idea设置 settings 里搜索Compiler，选中Compiler，勾选右边的Build project automatically IntelliJ IDEA 2021.2之后的版本第三步迁移到高级设置 settings 最下面的Advanced Settings里点击Allow auto-make to start even if developed application is currently running

自动开启热部署最先出现在Python成神之路。
