idea版本：2021.3 登录报错：“Certificate used to sign the license is not signed by JetBrains root certificate” 解决方案： 1.卸载重装 2.修改：C盘当前登录用户下的idea64.exe.vmoptions 比如我的是：C:/Users/10538/AppData/Roaming/JetBrains/IntelliJIdea2021.3/idea64.exe.vmoptions，注释掉：
