如何把excel里面的时间编码转换为我们经常用的时间格式

当我们做excel导入的时候

 例如导入上图所示的excel表格,你会发现excel会对时间进行特殊的编码,我们获取的值如下图

但是后端通常需要的是标准的时间格式,这是我们需要进行还原
解决办法:
