【Hibernate】Access to DialectResolutionInfo cannot be null when ‘hibernate.dialect‘ not set

今天用hibernate框架写crm项目时遇到报错： 
Access to DialectResolutionInfo cannot be null when 'hibernate.dialect' not set
说是hibernate的dialect没有设置，但是在hibernate.cfg,xml中我已经配置了。主要内容如下：
