Fake super scholar

Days ago I heard of a new phrase " Fake super scholar " , at first , I didn't care about it , but gradually I realised that there were many people of this kind . They look hard working , they are always making neat and orderly notes , they love studying , but they don't take action , perhaps they just love the word " study " .Recently I come to know my daughter is among them . Every time she begged me to allow her to swim or dance , but once she began , she kept refusing to go on , I think she just pretends to be excellent , even when I buy several toys online , she doesn't always play them often even if she begged me for many times before , so what I should do first is to say no to her further request , but what about next ? Help her out of the difficulties ? But she seems to go on her behavior . What should I do ? What am I able to do ?
