Auto-renewal rules

These Rules shall be regarded as a supplement to the Member Service Agreement, and shall be an integral part of it, and shall constitute a unified whole. In the event of a conflict between these Rules and the Membership Service Agreement, these Rules shall prevail.

By clicking to subscribe, activate and use the auto-renewal service (hereinafter referred to as the "Auto-Renewal Service"), you are deemed to have agreed to these Rules.

You understand and agree that:

1. If you activate the Auto-Renewal Service through your Apple ID and do not explicitly cancel the Auto-Renewal Service during the Subscription Period, Apple will use the Apple ID you bound when you activated the Auto-Renewal Service 24 hours before the expiration of each Subscription Period /b16>The service fee for the next subscription period will be automatically deducted from the balance of the account (collectively, the "Account"), thereby extending the membership validity period corresponding to that subscription period. You should pay attention to the balance status of the above accounts and deductible funds, and you will be solely responsible for the risks and/or losses such as renewal failure due to account problems or insufficient balance/.

2. In order to facilitate you to understand the automatic renewal situation, we or Apple will, in accordance with the law, notify you before the deduction in the next subscription period by [station message, PUSH push or SMS], etc., please pay attention to the receipt. Please note that, based on the characteristics of the automatic renewal service, if you do not explicitly cancel the automatic renewal service during the subscription period, we will issue a withholding instruction for the next subscription period to the relevant entity according to your entrustment, and in principle, the fee deducted based on the instruction will not be refunded (if you activate the automatic renewal service through Apple, Apple will be responsible for issuing the instruction).

3. Subscription period: 1 month, 3 months, 1 year, etc. (subject to the settings on the subscription page), members can choose by themselves.

4. You acknowledge and agree that we have the right to adjust the price of the service. If we intend to adjust the service price when you activate the auto-renewal service, we will notify you in advance in an appropriate manner (including but not limited to on-site announcements, text messages, etc.). youf you do not cancel the auto-renewal service, the subsequent fees withheld by the relevant entity will be subject to the adjusted service fees. If you cancel within 24 hours before the expiration of the subscription period, the relevant entity may stop deducting the service fee for the next subscription period according to the adjusted service fee. After the auto-renewal service is cancelled, if you activate the auto-renewal service again, the service fee automatically deducted by the relevant entity shall be subject to the service fee displayed on the page at that time.

5. The following methods are used to unsubscribe from the auto-renewal service:

(1) Apple in-app IAP (in-apppurchase) payment: Open the "Settings" > click on the top AppleIDView-> click "Subscribe" on the account page -> cancel the subscription.

6. We may also stop providing you with the auto-renewal service according to the needs of the operation strategy, and the term of your video series membership service will be terminated from the date of expiration of the current service cycle.
