The salary
The old department where I was in had been merged into the current one last month, in February. We've worked for one month in the new department so for, and the workload remained the same, no more and no less.
However, part of the salary was reduced by several hundred yuan, which was related to the performance evaluated by the new department head. The assessment criteria seemed stricter than before.
If there isn't new task assigned to me in the future, the salary will be the same as last month, I think. But for me, maintaining the old system have got away with it. I don't have to work harder for a better performance. The amount of the part of salary the department head can control is only a few hundred.
Saving more time to improve my skills, like English is the most important, but not doing the same tasks repeatedly to get a high performance score.
