今天的推文学习一下推文中的Figure 1b的环形堆积柱形图,没有找到论文中的作图代码,但是找到了原始数据集,有了原始数据集就可以自己写代码来做这个图

读取数据

最基本的堆积柱形图

这里有一个问题是论文中的图第一个柱子不是1,暂时没有想明白是什么意思
这里有点看起来是分组堆积柱形图的效果,ggplot2好像没有做分组堆积柱形图的函数,他这里的处理方式是增加x,并给新增加的x赋值为零
变成环状
