A calm mind
有些时候为了承认和接纳自己的某一种特质,你必须首先把先前所压抑的愤怒发泄出来——可以对别人发泄,也可以对自己发泄。
只要把自己最真实的情感表达出来就可以了,消极的情绪如果得不到释放,就会转入潜意识层面,影响你的生活,但如果能够用合理的方式宣泄出来,就不会对自己和别人造成伤害。
我们完全可以把自己心里的愤怒表达出来,只要不伤害到别人就可以了。如果你非常憎恨自己身上的某种特质,那就把这种憎恨发泄出来。只有释放了心中的羞耻和痛苦,你才能重新用淡定的心态看待这种特质。
Sometimes, in order to recognize and accept a certain trait of yourself, you must first vent your previously repressed anger - either to others or to yourself.
Just express your most real emotions. If you don't release your negative emotions, they will turn into the subconscious level and affect your life. But if you can vent them in a reasonable way, you won't hurt yourself and others.
We can express our anger as long as we don't hurt others. If you hate something in yourself very much, let it out. Only by releasing the shame and pain in your heart can you look at this trait with a calm mind again.
