FATAL: no pg_hba.conf entry for host "*.*.*.*", user "postgres", database "postgres", SSL off

解决方法
找到以下这个文件，对文件进行编辑

在文件末尾添上：
# TYPE DATABASE USER CIDR-ADDRESS METHOD host    all             all              0.0.0.0/0              md5
  此时文件最后应该是：

 再重新连接，应该就没有问题了。
