Do you know Su Bingtian? He was born in Zhongshan City, Guangdong on August 29th, 1989. He is a famous Chinese player. He runs very fast. I've got to know something about him this year, for he got the Person Touching China award in March.

When Su Bingtian was a child, he liked running very much. And his PE. teacher asked him to practice running every day and took part in the running team. He worked hard, but it was very difficult to win every race. He was a confident(自信的) child. He never gave up. He went on exercising and tried his best to do better. In November, 2004, he took part in a regular match(常规赛) for the first time and got a prize. After that, he often got good grades in different kinds of races.

On May 31st, 2015, Su Bingtian won the third place in 9.9 seconds. He could finish the 100-meter race in less than 10 seconds. He is known as the fastest man in Asia. On June 23rd, 2018, he broke his own record in 9.91 seconds. In the 2022 Winter Olympic Games(此处原文错误，应该是2021 Tokyo Olympic Games) he made the new Asian record in 9.83 seconds. “I am very excited now. I believe I will run faster as long as I work harder.” said Su Bingtian after the race.
