巨噬细胞分为M1型和M2型。M1抑制肿瘤，M2促肿瘤。
巨噬细胞的Marker gene：CD68，CD14，CD163，FCGR3A，C1QB

二、Lymphold Cells

1、T Cells

单细胞注释时，先将T细胞注释成CD4+ T cell和CD8+ T cell，然后再进行更细致的注释。
T细胞的Marker gene：CD3D，CD3E，CD4，CD8A，CD8B，CD3G

T cell

3、NK Cells

NK细胞的Marker gene：NKG7，KLRF1，FGFBP2，KLRC1

4、B Cells

B细胞的Marker gene：CD79A，JSRP1，JCHAIN，IGHG1，MS4A1
