I used to join the Toastmasters

I used to join the Toastmasters International Toastmasters Association, which has thousands of clubs around the world, focusing on helping people improve their communication and leadership skills. At regular meetings of the Toppers Club, each speaker is formally evaluated by the other members. Everyone has a common evaluation method called the "sandwich method": first, you have to tell the other party what you like in his speech; then, make some suggestions for improvement; finally, end with praise and encouragement. It's a great way to give feedback to others and fosters good rapport among club members. Appreciation for others has become part of the winners' party, ensuring that each speaker receives some appreciation from others.
