D85 2023峰会手记-温故知星

三天的峰会之旅，听到很多好演讲，总结下来，好演讲具备三个特点。

第一是幽默，能够让你开怀大笑，哪怕是看了第二遍还很好笑。

第二是真诚，让你相信这是真实的，愿意听，虽然有些桥段需要高度浓缩笑点，未必是真实发生的。

本次英文冠军演讲《Beat》在他爸打他那下，我第二遍听仍然感到心痛想哭，这是演讲者真诚演绎把我带入那个场景受到感染的魅力。

我曾经模仿过世界冠军演讲，《power of words》，当我一遍一遍地讲述Nassir的故事的时候，我一遍一遍地掉眼泪，这件事情并没有发生在我的身上，但是我就可以感同身受Nassir的悲惨，他因为被他最爱的人-他的父亲忽略，不断证明自己为了得到父亲的认可，最终因为父亲一句我很忙而彻底垮了。这个故事让我理解原来打骂并不是最悲惨的被忽略才是。当我用这个故事，作为部门会议的开场安全时刻，（演讲也是可以用在工作场景中的），我用这个故事讲语言的力量，我们在说话的时候要思考我们说出的话给对方带来的影响，我希望做一个鼓励型激励型的演讲者，同事甚至是下属。

真诚与真实不是相同的，就像有些伟大的艺术作品（电影，小说），它很感染人，但它不一定在这世界上真实发生，但是人性是相通的。真诚是打通人性相通的那个部分的密钥。

这世界上谁最真诚的，当然是骗子了，所以第三条非常重要，那就是是价值。骗子希望从你身上获得价值，你失去了价值，这是一个零和或者是负和游戏。而演讲者是给你价值，这是一个正和游戏。

演讲者的主题思想给你触动，激励你改变。对于爱吼叫的导师，让他吼，你会明白他对你的改变。不吼不叫是好但不是金科律令。

这部分甚至让你掉眼泪。

好的演讲的要素是幽默，真诚，有价值。

好演讲就是能让你开心，相信，改变。

即兴戏剧工作坊也让我印象深刻，是意识里接受现状，是共同创造。

想想出来开峰会的意义是什么？是寻找那些能够给予你正面影响的人，并把这些影响传递给他人，希望能给他人带来正面影响。

本次中文冠军《假如我有头发》极其幽默地呈现了青年秃发的烦恼，植了头发想增高，增了高想割双眼皮，却发现别人欣赏的是他的才华！

我也长久对自己的颜值极度不自信，只是没有采取行动罢了。其实觉得自己不够好是无尽的坑，不是在错误的道路上改变，而是接纳、欣赏、才能thrill（欢呼雀跃？）。

Evaluation

1. Start with Only you, end with only you.

Good part: Authentic and naturally exaggerated, to be what you want to be

Improvement: Control microphone, add more value to the audience

2. Improvement 4S: Speech title, slow down, story (what you want to be later), sing to end to echo your sing in the beginning.

Use "Brain wash" instead of "be what you want to be" as the title. Give the message too early. That would create suspense, don't be predictable.

Struggle in wearing Han fu or not.

Fear negative comments from others and myself?

(One improvement I can think of is : too many questions in a row.)

Evaluation is to strengthen the good part and make it great and better.

Have in your heart first and speak out.

峰会晚上思考什么演讲是一个好的演讲：

1. 让观众笑(这部分往往需要可以设计笑点)，给观众深思（这部分要是自己认同的价值观）-engage your audience

刻意设计的！！！

2. 真实，发自内心

因为所以不是故事，但加上但是就成了故事，故事转折部分需要细节，这是最有价值和给人启示的部分

3. valuable message

来到中国，菜场阿姨问月收入，会不会成为好女婿

我成了外地人（当老外说他是外地人的时候很幽默）

对中餐从怀疑到慢慢地接纳，到喜欢，成为一头“麻辣牛”。

头马的第一次会议：周五晚上被单身男士邀约，忐忑地推开一扇门，结果误入头马会议，开始被洗脑，发现对着镜子自言自语，看起来神经质的同事原来是在练演讲。

丈夫突然对妻子表达爱时妻子的反应：你还好吧？对我有什么需求？外面有人了？now our love is two-way street.

留守老人：《狂飙》，啥都好，就是没结婚。

看起来娘娘腔，有了女朋友，强调是Girl-Friend（防止大家误会是gay）。

My takeaway: One person example is powerful: don’t know what to say, just listen. A person story with full tears is touching. (记得之前同事分享的：A picture of a dead infant is powerful to show the needs for accepting refugees)

冲突：平行/递进/主次，设计悬念，满足关注八卦的心，并建立连接

转折：自我觉醒，英雄出现

改变：和冲突相反的改变，可以试着用“反向旅程法”来设计寻找故事，达到首尾呼应，逻辑通顺。

举个例子：峰会后在俱乐部分享，因为不适不能来到现场。我可以这样开场和观众建立链接。昨天晚上我开会前就和大家打好招呼，我今天不太舒服但还ok，我就不开摄像头了，我会安静地在角落里，大家可以忽略我。我觉得这样做没什么问题，然后一同事开始她的介绍，她正好上次因为身体不适，临时爽约，她解释说她不记得因为什么原因了，但是一般她不舒服也都会参会，上次应该是非常不舒服了。这时我才意识到我可能给她带来Peer presure了。今天我来我希望没有给大家带来任何压力，一来我觉得来头马开会不是工作，是享受，二来我答应的事能做尽量做到，这也是给自己一个交代。

2. Be authentic

For any initiative in the club, make sure it is not extra work, next term officers can continue, we all have fun.
