        前几天买的猪肉，肥肉不少，还有老公邮寄的羊肉，肥肉也有一些。但我和孩子都吃不下肥肉，于是就有一个想法，（以前听嫂子说过，用猪肥肉可以熬成猪油，推理那个羊肥肉应该也可以熬成羊油。）看自己能不能把这些肥肉熬成油。反正我是舍不得扔东西的，我听《了凡四训》上说，珍惜东西就是珍惜自己的福气！这些都是有一定道理的。人在做，天在看。《易经》里也讲，‘天助自助者’。我是相信这个磁场能量的。

Anyway, I can't bear to throw things away. I heard from the "Four Commandments of Lifan" that cherishing things is cherishing one's own blessings! These all make some sense. People are doing, the sky is watching. The Book of Changes also states, 'Heaven helps those who help themselves'. I believe in the energy of this magnetic field.

        于是就在网上搜索，上面说，给炒菜锅里加点水，然后再把肥肉放进锅里，（最好把肥肉切成小块，这样容易出油。）小火慢慢熬，最后捞出油渣，剩下就是油。

So I searched online and it said, 'Add some water to the frying pan, then put the fat into the pan.' (It's best to cut the fat into small pieces, as this can easily produce oil.) Slowly simmer over low heat, and finally remove the oil residue. The rest is oil.

      接下来我就实操起来，果然如此，把加入的水蒸发完以后，我再继续慢火熬，熬着熬着我发现锅里慢慢地多了一些液体，肉也渐渐变色了，再加入几片生姜去腥，继续熬，最后看肉变黄了，几乎没有白色的了，捞出油渣，把剩下的油倒出来，冷却以后就成了猪油、羊油！最后我成功了，什么也挡不住地发自内心的喜悦油然而生，听说这个油渣挺好吃，猪油、羊油炒菜调饭也很好吃的。有兴趣的朋友可以来试试哦！感恩遇见！
