This is a simple but enlightening cartoon.There are serval tourists sit in the boat,enjoying their travling but they leave their waste in the river.As we ca n see,lots of rubbish has been left  there,the river is polluted completely.At the bottom of the picture,serval characters can be noticed,which say that Leaving something when traveling.

事实上，这幅图画是一个社会现象的缩影。许多人在旅游的时候只顾自己玩乐，忽略了环境保护。我认为这种现象的发生可能会有几个原因。首先，国家的一些法律政策不够完善，没有对旅游景点的环境保护提出强制性要求。另一方面，旅游景点的相关机构和人员没有做好提前警告和及时的清理，导致环境不断恶化。第三方面，大多数游客素质低下，没有环保意识，公德心不强。这需要整个社会更加重视，有环保意识。

As a matter of fact,the picture is a miniature of a social phenomenon.There are an increasing number of tourists only enjoy their pleasure time but neglect to protect the environment.I am think of no better reasons than the follow ones.First and foremost,the law of tourism is not so good that it 缺乏 the regulate of protecting environment in tourists of attractions.Additionally,the 相关机构和负责人 have not complete the work of warning advancely and cleaning in time.Most important,a host of tourists 素质低下，with no conscience of protecting environment.

总的来说，作为一名公民w觉得有必要加强对环境保护的强调，完善旅游业管理相关法律和政策，鼓励公民自觉遵守景区规则，目的是为了整个社会更好的精神风貌。
